Its a great app that help with our referral program, and I have to say their customer service is good, usually, I will get a reply in 24 hrs except for holiday ofc. But I may suggest making the FAQ more comprehensive, for some questions, I will need to ask them directly by email, but if I can find a solution by searching a keyword, it won't be much hassle for their team.

The app does what it says. Everything is very clear and pretty straight forward. Of course, there will be always a few things that you are not so happy with, but they will be there to help you and support you in the best way they can. All the questions I have had and certain types of personalizations I asked for, were all clarified and supported by them. Plus, they are improving their app all the time, so if there's anything you would like to have in your app, they will, for sure, find a way to add it to the near future.

I cannot recommend this app enough!! I was a bit stuck with how to set everything up and Char instantly responded on live chat and was there to talk me through everything. By far the best customer service I have ever experienced - Char was friendly, happy to help, and went above and beyond to ensure everything would be set up exactly how I wanted! There were a couple of issues with the theme of my site but she fixed them extremely quickly and remained available to help as I continued to set up my referral programme.
I was looking for a referral programme that didn't require customer accounts, and so far Conjured seems perfect. The level of customisation is also incredible and is amazing for the relatively low monthly price. Love this app so far and can't wait to uncover more of its features! :)

I wish I could give this app 1000 STARS!!! The technical support was amazing is customizing my referral page. I received the best customer support and love how the app allows you to make custom links for unique individuals.
