Derek Benito was great to work with and really took the time to help me get my referral program up and running! He helped me from implementation to testing to launch.
Jon from the support team is very helpful and responsive. One thing to note: If you use ReCharge and ReferralCandy together, and you have both one-time and subscription customers, the subscription customers who refer friends will not automatically get the discount applied to their subscription plan – they need to log into their account to manually add it, which is not ideal. Regardless, we're excited to grow our referral program with ReferralCandy!

This review is just about the customer service, Dwight was super helpful in getting Referral Candy set up on our new Shopify site.
Tippy helped me set up my account in about 20 min and answered all of my questions perfectly. We were looking for a way to combine aspects of an affiliate program and a referral program. Even though the ReferralCandy program doesn't specifically do that, he showed me how I could manually do it myself. My call with him was super helpful! Thank you.
