So far our experience has been great. After a Skpye all with Ferry I now know how the Referral Candy system works and am really excited to see how it will increase sales in my store!! Watch this space for more positive info. Thanks Ferry for all your input, laughter and patience. It's friendliness like this that really motivates one to use the product to its maximum capacity.
Derek from Referral Candy went above and beyond to help me resolve a few problems I was having when customizing my referral program. He was so patient and really explained all of my questions in simple detail so that I could understand what was going on. I can't recommend them enough!

I had some issues with setup and was able to speak to Dwight on Live Chat which resulted in him doing a video call with me. He was very helpful and was able to resolve all 3 of my problems in less than 10 mins. I've used other apps that I have taken days to get a response, this is the best customer service experience yet.
