I just reached out for the customer service and the guy named dwight was so very helpful and assisted us for over 1 hr on call,now we got all our questions clear,cant wait to work with dwight again,and will definitely try using the referral app ,thank you referral !thank you dwight!

We use this app for getting our referl purchase us and it makes an impact when set correctly. The support of the referral candy is always ready to help with a call and guidelines. JC was very helpful in answering all my questions and explaining the feature. I only wish all the Shopify apps would offer this type of prompt and handy support. Keep up the great work.

Tippy was super helpful. He offered to set up a second account for us for no additional charge because I was trying to set up 2 different Cash Rewards for different programs.

I was able to set up my program, get the link out to our ambassadors and get a sale the next day. No sale since the first one (one week later) but that of course is on our ambassadors.

Interested to see how the rest of the process goes, still on my 30 day trial
