The support team at Refersion is truly exceptional. Their rapid response time, extensive product knowledge, and unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction make them a standout. Their empathetic and friendly approach in addressing my inquiries not only resolved my issues efficiently but also left me feeling valued as a customer. From start to finish, the Refersion support team's commitment to going above and beyond exemplifies their dedication to ensuring a seamless and successful user experience.
This app is expensive, not intuitive, it is time consuming to setup and also to approve all of the conversions. It does provide a W-9 form for the Affiliates, so you will need to manually monitor that and the forms of payment are limited. If you need help from anyone... good luck. They do not help you at all outside of sending you links to figure out the problem yourself.
I will say though that Janice from Customer Service was very kind and even though she could not help me as much as she wanted to, she was the most helpful person I have ever worked with at Refersion. Janice is most likely the best employee in that company.

I have had a great experience with Andre in the customer care/live chat department! He answered all of my questions & even included images of the steps I needed to follow.
I regret using this software. Refersion does a great job of marketing their tools, but after using it for almost a year, very little rate of return. Had to sign a one-year contract to use the software. Very expensive. Now after doing more research, found many other affiliate software apps that are much more affordable, and provide much better returns. Now still having to pay over $300 per month to finish out the contract. Company has no exit policy. Be very conscious before signing up with Refersion. Customer service is poor.

We do offer a number of month-to-month options in an effort to accommodate business in various stages of affiliate growth and management, but it looks like your platform requirements were best matched with features exclusive to our contracted plan.

So far the app has been easy to use and customer service answers quickly from chat. Jon has been great at helping me figure out issues.

I can not even enter the software. I tried everything. Reinstalling. Creating new account. Nothing work. No customer Service. Might have to move to other APP
