ZERO transparency ! After installing the app, it takes you to their website and there you got prices starting from $299/ month ! That's not even close to $29 / month how they advertise here. BIG RED FLAG !

To address your concern - as we explained in our previous email to you, and as detailed on our website and Shopify, while we do have a $29 plan, your store falls under our $299 plan due to your product count: our $29 plan is available for stores with up to 100 products; you have 3,101 products, which make the $299 plan the right fit for you. That's why you could sign up for this package only.
Again, we completely understand it wasn't clear enough to you and thank you for communicating this. We sent you another email today, in which we invited you to meet with us to learn more about your experience and how we can improve.

EDIT CAUTION**** a bad review left will get you daily emails form the ceo in which case he harasses the living crap out of me for leaving this review but i will leave it to warn the masses** original review that lead to me being harassed each day "too much complication to setup" be forewarned
