First of all, the customer service was friendly and helpful. However, the app didn’t impress me much. Several training sessions were necessary to get the app on track, and I still noticed incorrect communication between the app and my customers. Another negative point is the price. Depending on the size of your shop, it can become a significant monthly expense. After the trial period, the app counted one sale, but when I checked the details in my backend, it was doubtful that this single sale came through this app.

Annoyingly guesses answers and often answers incorrectly.
Support staff not good. Instead of providing solutions, just keep asking the next question.
