I have just started using this app and again it is another great addition from Conversion Bear. This has helped me to identify where the customers have spent their time on my site and adjust my efforts accordingly

Easy to install and use! I thought the app would just give me a list breakdown of customers' actions but it will literally replay the screen (only including my website) of the customer's experience! Data this app provides for FREE is incredible.
What a great app! Now I can see what my (potential) customers are doing and where they might be confused. I can really follow what they're doing: if they skip an important part of a product description, are they looking for more product photo's, if and how do they use the menu, do they really see the message on top of the screen, etc. etc. This helps me to improve the website, which of course helps the (potential) customers to make the right decisions and last but not least: it leads to more sales.
So far this app is great! Just as good as the other expensive ones. Thanks guys this is big for my new site to gather valuable info.
