An absolute essential. Conversio Bear surprises me time and time again, anyone who is a seller. Please take my word, and try not just this affordable but all of their affordable appications! They don't have greediness, they're always very helpful, and it does seem that every single time they release an App... I make a sale & conversions get higher. I'm a huge fan, recommend it to $MM clients, with stores that are huge (consulting) give this a try. From customer serivce to functionality 5 STARS!

So insightful! I love watching customers interact with my site so I can spot problems and opportunities. I wish there was a paid version (as long as it isn't too much) to have unlimited recordings!
Thanks for the awesome review 🙌 there's no limit - you can record as many sessions as you want. Simply delete old recordings and keep recording. We enable recordings in 500 session batches to be able to serve as many stores as possible and avoid overloads. Cheers to spotting those new opportunities!

Another pleasant surprise was that it doesn't just record sessions as they happen, but it also shows where returning visitors are coming from!!! Wowzers~! I never would have known, otherwise!!! Amazing customer service respond speed, I see why their reviews are either 5 or 4 stars! Their FAQs answered all my common questions, checkout page cannot be monitored and this is universal amongst all similar apps. So far, tested similar apps, and this one is showing a better recording overall.
