I just installed this app and so far so good. I can not really say more at this point in time. it is easy to install, I did a test run and it it recorded my session. I uninstalled Nope, I already un installed it. It recorded my own visits, I don't need that. There's is no way to turning it off, not that I could find any without asking for help. I am to busy, to do that. That app is not for me.
You can avoid recording your own visits by excluding your specific IP, inside the settings tab. We record store admin sessions to make it easier for merchants to test the app during trial period.
Very limited interface with many shortcomings in comparison to other similar apps. The app would have gotten 1 star only but chat support is very good and great customer service that gives usefull answers should always be rewarded.
