Just installed and I haven't used it fully. Although the clip could be a bit longer to help determine what drives sales or causes one to loose customers. So far, I haven't been able to do that as the clips are just for a few seconds.
it seems pretty good, it has a lot of downloads
I'm not sure what else I should review about anyways.
All I know is that I need this function to be able to track the visits and web traffic on my website to know what to and what not to do.

It's good that I can see my customer's behaviours. But.. seems quite not smooth sometimes my website looks gone. actually not like that.
Nice app works well. Sometimes it doesn't give the accurate location rest of it works very well.

I used this app and it is great, because you can precisely see what to improve to your shopify store.
When it works it's a great app and very useful. It shows exactly how customers navigate the store so you can adjust. However, recently it has alot of my vistors' sessions arent showing up. I was looking for the recordings of people who made a purchase and many of them did not show up
It's a pain to have to manually refresh the page in order to see the most recent sessions. Otherwise, great!
So far so good. Love the view where you can see what the user actually did, it really helps us with seeing where the flow of the sites should go.
Very Nice app. Very useful to track the visitors' journey on the website. I faced some issues I couldn't watch the whole minutes of a recording but I will keep on testing it. Thank you.
This app is pretty cool. It works well and is very accurate. I recommend it to all. It helps to see if anything is wrong during the customer's experience and gives immediate data on if I need to change anything.
