The limited sessions and the price need to be better thus it is lack to some important features which online store need to improve .

NO FREE FOOD IN FREETOWN GUYS! The app works unbelievably great, the only reason i am giving it a 4 star is that the recording time limit is very short. Soon as your store starts getting a lot of traffic, within 2 days your recording limit will finish and you have to wait for until 1st day of a new month to get another 2-3 days of new recording time. I've emailed the company to sell us a premium subscription plan like everyone else and they say it's free but come on! it's not truly free if i have to wait 28 days to get just 3 days of recording. How about the other 27th days?

This is a great app as it helps me study customers behavior, I wish it could provide more options like saving the video with a compressed format like MP4 or deleting it. I strongly suggest this app though.

I use this app to know how customers behave on my website. The first test is ok I can see the recording of the visitor's session, so it's very good to improve what's doing wrong on my website.

Great app butt after the update Better Replay is randomly recording visitors. in other words, the app has become useless for the free users.
