I have having a low conversion rate and this app lets me replay customer session recording, hence I can see whats wrong with the page and then improve it.
A good app, the point is that it is free, it can let me see the user's purchase behavior, so that I can better optimize my website...

And improve from the angle of potential buyer, it can let us know how fast a user open a page, and what pages he has viewed,then we can analyse how to improve the replay. really like it.
