This app is extremely hard to love. It requires users to do a lot of things to use. I followed but still could not use it, Very time consuming

Hi there - we apologize for your recent experience with Replay. We limit the recordings for stores with high traffic to help distribute the sessions across the month. However, this is something we can modify on a case-by-case basis.

1star. Even though its free, it has a lot of issues
- stopped working until support reinstalled it and didn't really give a satisfactory response
- nowadays it records maybe 1% of of visits to the site and for no reason skips the others; Support never responded to the second ticket i sent.

We can't replicate any issue. All of our tests are being recorded fine. Note that the recorder automatically ignores bot traffic. Please email us with more details on the number of recordings you're expecting to see and where those numbers are coming from. Thanks

This was my first review before I found out that it keeps on loading saying error and I'll update my review after i get support "Okaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyy who knew you can do this for free? Thank you guys for such an amazing app. I recommend 100%"
