The customer service is phenomenal. I had no idea how to make the reports I needed and this just takes all the guess work and confusion out of it. This is an absolute MUST for any small businesses that handle their own reports. Dominic was amazing - by far the best customer service I've received on any Shopify app. Great job!

Customer service is 10/10. App is great, has so much detailed reporting that saves upgrading Shopify store and spending unnecessary money. Also reports some exceptional data that Xero can’t provide. A perfect integration for my store
Best reporting app ever. They helped me a lot in setup custom reports. They let me save hours and hours of manual work!
I was struggling with sales tax since some states require you to do it by county rather than the whole state, which Shopify does not show in their reports. The staff at Report Pundit were very helpful and accommodating when it came to assisting me with making custom reports for those county sales. Even though I hired an accountant to file my taxes for me, this definitely took a huge weight off my and their shoulders so we wouldn’t have to go through every individual sale! I definitely recommend this app for anyone that was struggling with the same issues as I was. This was definitely the cheapest and easiest alternative as well.

Great app to get in-depth analytics and reports for a fraction of the cost of Shopify Premium! Very helpful for accounting & marketing strategy. Customer service is great too and will create custom reports on-demand
