I used this app to help me gather information for my tax return that I couldn't find in my reports on Shopify. I used the Chat feature for help right away and Sam created all the reports I needed to file my return. Very impressed! Thank you!
The BEST APP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I highly recommend using app for reports. I really like the features. We use it to automate our reports to send out via email weekly. Also we are using their Power BI connector to create sales dashboard. And you can't beat the price.

Robust reports. Easy to use once you get the hang of it. And the support is on point (Abishek helped me with a custom function critical to our operations- full SKU report for "Committed" inventory)
My initial impressions on this app is that it could be exactly what we are looking for to keep orders and inventory as we need it. Reuben has been excellent with onboarding to remove issues with our data from shopify.
I needed a report that showed total sales by each state and country. Tried to use my old reporting app and tried for an hour. Downloaded this app and someone from live chat literally created the report for me in minutes. Will be using this app from now on. Also building a custom report on this app is way simpler then most. 10/10

The report creation is very very good. I confess that the report creation function is counter-intuitive and beyond me, BUT I can simply ask support for any type of report, and they will whip it up in minutes. For instance, I wanted a report of product sales over the last 7 days, 30 days, and 90 days, and BOOM done! Once the report is created, it's easy to add filters and such.
The app is very helpful, especially the predefined reports help a lot. It's also great that you can define your own reports. The support is easy to reach, very fast and helps directly with necessary customization's.
