Their support team is amazing and will help you (live) with custom reports any way you like them! We found this particularly useful for Payout reports filtered by POS locations, as well as Discount reports by discount type by location. Thank you very much!

Amazinf support. Free report in minutes, under a minute I could say. When I requested an info (I wanted to sync afterwards that report), the link to the documentation was instantly provided. Hope to keep the same quick and helpful support onwards, will sure use this add on in the future.

Our organization was looking to get up to the hour reports on our sales. With Report Pundit we were able to get the information that we were looking for. When one of the reports was not quite what we were looking for they Were right there to help us create a custom report. They patiently worked with us and gave us all the help we needed. I use this app a few times a month. It is very easy to navigate and run custom reports (columns, filters, etc.) This is more robust than the standard Shopify reports but not over complicated. This is a winner for sure.
We are new to the App but so far it has done everything we need (plus more). The analysis is easy to understand and there are video tutorials to show you the How-Tos if you need it. The customer service chat (Vincent ) was amazing and assisted when we needed help. We are looking forward to using this app to grow our store.
