The app is fairly intuitive to set up. The only area I feel qualifies for enhancements are the in-app customization options. However, anything that I could not customize from the UI, the app support team stepped in quickly to assist. Best app customer service I have received thus far.
The app is super helpful and the customer service is superlative!!! I would definitely recommend this app and Globo if you need a reliable partner to work on your Shopify website. The after sales service is impressive! I needed a tweak after several month from a custom edit and they did it with no extra charge.
This has been a great app and the support team is extremely responsive to requests for solutions to small tweaks or assistance to the app experience! Highly recommend this app for anyone who needs to add quote functionality to their shopify account.
The app works. and it's not super expensive. My site needed some tweaking as the custom theme doesn't like to play well with any apps, but the support was excellent. There is a 12 hour time difference if you're US based - so bear that in mind if you're super impatient. They always responded within 30 minutes of the start of business for their location.
