The app has been significantly important to our team getting a deep understanding of our customer's at an individual level, allowing us to personalize our marketing efforts, which has led to a steady amount of growth over the past few months.
There is a learning curve with the platform as with any new tool, but the team has been super responsive and helpful climbing up that curve and ensuring we're getting value from the platform quickly.
Highly recommend if you're trying to understand yours customer base at an individual customer level!

A great platform with an impressive depth of analytics. For us, as a small store with a very specific target audience, it does take some time to find the right settings and determine which data is most relevant to use but our Strategist Kori is highly knowledgeable and guides us well through the process, helping us get the most out of the data.

Excellent insights and great support team
We’ve been using RetentionX across multiple brands, and it’s been a game-changer for understanding our customer base, AOV and CAC. The dashboards are intuitive, and the insights around repeat purchase behaviour, CLV, and segmentation have really helped shape our marketing strategy.
Allie's support is also brilliant - responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to guide Mitchdowd through setup or deeper analysis. It’s one of the few apps that actually delivers meaningful, actionable data instead of vanity metrics. Highly recommend to anyone serious about growing their eCommerce business.

We've seen a handful of other companies that claim to do what RetentionX does, but none have lived up to their promises. RetentionX is the real deal.
Accurate data, extremely easy integration and onboarding, and some of the best account management and customer service we've seen.

this app has been successful in moving stock by rejigging and reorganising collection pages based on product engagement and has provided key information that it's on products and repurchasing logistics
I especially love the pricing structure that is based on orders and therefore we are charged as a reflection of orders rather than a set price

RetentionX is more than just an app, it's become a partner. Their monthly coaching service is surprisingly affordable for the value it provides. But overall, just the app presents your data is such an easier way to digest for all things retention. Hard to understand why this isn't mandatory for any DTC company.
