La app funciona super bien. Destaco el soporte, la atención a cada requerimiento ha sido rápida y efectiva. Definitivamente los reviews enviados por WhatsApp tienen mayor tasa de respuesta que por otra vía y la posibilidad de enviar notas de voz es un gran plus+ Mantengan el buen trabajo!
Interfaz amigable y fácil de usar, pero, lo mas importante es que en pocos minutos tuvimos bastantes reacciones y valoraciones de clientes. cumple bastante bien con su objetivo

Esta aplicación hace magia! Desde el instante de su instalación empezamos a recibir muchísimos reviews :D justo lo que nos hacia falta para completar el servicio post-venta con nuestros clientes. Para ellos es fácil, práctico y no les quita mucho tiempo por lo que se vuelve muy sencillo opinar y calificar, bien por estos desarrollos!!
Teníamos otra app para Reviews, pero al hacer la prueba con los Reviews por Whatsapp de Revie nos fue super bien en respuestas obtenidas y decidimos cambiarnos. Nos fue tan bien que hasta decidimos brincar a un plan para que también adjuntaran fotos y videos y también nos funciono :) El soporta es magnifico, pedimos ayuda para la integración y casi al instante tuvimos respuesta de que iban a empezar a trabajar en ello y en menos de 12 horas ya estaba lista la integración en ambas tiendas que manejamos. Super servicio!
I don't usually leave reviews, but I didn't want to pass up the opportunity to do so because REVIE is the best tech app we've ever used administrate reviews. REVIE has significantly increased the reponse rate of reviews through WhatsApp in an easier and faster way than other apps that we had in the past. Just to give some perspective... with other applications we had obtained an average of 10 reviews received per month, when with REVIE we obtained this amount but in less than 12 hours. We were really surprised by the level of effectiveness of REVIE; and due to its effectiveness, we couldn't imagine using any other app for administrating reviews.
