I was very skeptical about trying this initially since we needed to offer a higher cash back value than our initial discount. But wow, I am very glad I did. We did not see any drops in CRs while also saving quite a bit of money (not to mention AOVs went up!). I also love that we can offer gift cards to our customers to incentivize them to come back and purchase again instead of the visa cards.
