Unfortunately, the app didn't work for me. Tried logging in as customer and it kept taking me to a page where I had to login. I've used services like this before, and never had to re-login. I contacted support and have not gotten a response in 5-days.
Thank you for your honest feedback, we should have been more attentive and processed your request sooner. We're terribly sorry for missing your email. For some reason, it got into the spam folder.
The "Incorrect password or login" issue appears if you want to log in to a customer account and the customer hasn't granted you access to his account.
So in this case, to be able to log in you have to request assistance or change the customer password or login. We talk more about this here: https://magefan.com/shopify/apps/login-as-customer/incorrect-email-or-password.
