The app is very good for OOS notifications. The UI is quick to use for the customer, which creates a positive customer experience. The app allows extensive customization of the customer notifications, which we value. One of the best things about the app is that it allows you to authenticate your email domain. This removes "sent via" on the "from:" line of customer notifications. This is important because some email services will move messages where the sender email address doesn't match the sender domain to spam. I would recommend this app.
