The personalized service and organization are unbelievable. I have a one on one account rep who helps with ideas - or even greats ideas that are on brand to ensure I'm using their service and getting the most out of it. She's prompt, sends reminders, is accurate 99% of the time and a time saver. The company is nice and personalable and easy to work with too. Fair pricing and more affordable than the other solutions I was piecing together with other services and in house staff - and this gets done on time! That was tough to do before. Email marketing always took a back seat for our small business and it shouldn't. The numbers show it's worth investing in this service - and their reporting is clear. RECOMMENDED!
