We've been with helpful crowd reviews app for 4 years now. The customer service is awesome! Yusuf helped us with the migration from WIX to Shopify and we were able to preserve all our reviews. He's always quick to respond and is very knowledgeable about their app. The app has all the features you could ask for and is super easy to use. We like their clean design and user-friendly layout. They added more features this year which includes a review slider on the homepage. We've continued with their basic plan and it has everything we need for way cheaper than other review apps. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere, go with Helpful Crowd!
