The "greatest" app in the world isn't worth a darn thing without good support. Personalizer is clearly a very complex app and what makes it *really* great is the *really* great support. They bend over backwards to address your needs and one time they got something completed for me before I even had the chance to actually ask for it.
Great work. Keep it up!
