The app is fairly easy to install and configure. Once setup it works without much management at all. Our store uses subscriptions where orders are generated automatically by a third-party app and I had some trouble figuring out how to configure this. I chatted support and got in touch with Cara right away. She immediately knew exactly which settings to change to solve my issue (less than 5 minutes and we were syncing subscription orders)!
