Not a single item synced from my Etsy store to my Shopify store. I sent a message but since I sent a message a couple weeks ago that wasn't answered I don't expect this one to be answered either. Update, just found out you can't import from etsy to shopify, really wish I had known that earlier.
Hi, Shilrly from shopUpz! I am so sorry for the frustration, but I want to clear up a misunderstanding! I actually responded to your message within one hour of receiving it. It’s possible my reply landed in a spam folder or there was a delivery glitch, which is why you haven't seen it yet.
I also want to clarify: Our app definitely supports importing from Etsy to Shopify! I see you still have the app installed, and I would love to jump on a 1-on-1 call right now to do the import for you and make sure everything is perfect.
