Great app that keeps my inventory synced between my Shopify store and Etsy shop. Even better customer service - when my connection between the two shops expired, which I think was my doing - I was changing all of my passwords and logins in my accounts - I got an email from the app owner right away letting me know to reconnect them with the exact steps.

I am new to this app but so far I have found it easy to navigate and use. It saved me hours and hours of work entering my inventory from Shopify into Etsy, and now having my Etsy orders visible in Shopify.

I also had amazing customer support from Shirly and the service and speed in which the issue was resolved was very impressive. Shirly was dedicated to finding and fixing the problem.

I highly recommend this app.

App now works perfectly with Etsy, the bi-directional link pulls orders into Shopify, and pushes fulfillment and tracking info back to Etsy without error. You do need your Etsy and Shopify SKUs to match for the orders to be pulled in correctly.

I highly recommend this App! it's easy to use. I had some problems exporting my listings because of missing information on my end, I contacted customer service and they were very responsive. We exchanged emails, they offered to have a call to give direct instructions, I ended up adding them as collaborators and they fixed what needed to be fixed very quickly. I had all my listings up in the hour!

I appreciate the responsiveness and talking to a human instead of being stuck interacting with a bot.

We had been using the Shopify Marketplace Connect app for etsy integration for years but they recently deprecated it and stopped supporting it. So I gave this app a try and it has worked out well for what we need. Our primary concern is keeping our inventory sync'ed from our Shopify fulfillment location to etsy to prevent over-selling and it does a great job at that. We started with 300 products already published to etsy, and the linking process with our Shopify listings was a little painful and time consuming, but once linked, updating etsy listings with title, description and images works well. We also published about 30 new products to etsy and that worked with no issues. Orders come over to Shopify with no problems.

I have been in contact with the developer multiple times and they responded very quickly and meaningfully and have made several enhancements in direct response to our needs. This product seems to be quickly evolving so I expect it get even better with time.

One thing to note is that there are newish limitations on the etsy API side of things (at least in the USA), and not related to this app: addresses do not come over with orders so you have to manually update the Shopify order after its been imported. Once fulfilled in Shopify, tracking numbers do not update to etsy, so you have to manually add it there. For high-volume etsy stores this could be a major issue but no app can help with that.

This app automatically exports in Imperial Measurements with no option to change it.

Even if your Shopify Store is in Metric and your Etsy is in Metric it will still list in imperial and not take over any of the package information. Tried contacting support and they just spoke in circles with no real attempt at fixing or even understanding the issue.

Having to go through and manually modify hundreds of ads isn't what im interested in paying monthly for.

Went back and forth with support for them to say

"When you attached this image from your Etsy account, this is how it was exported via our app. If yes, it seems to be good, correct ?
If not, please let me know how you expect it to be"

All of our correspondence was solely about the listings being made in Imperial and at no point in our exchanges were they even able to articulate they understood the actual issue.

I'd wager they just use AI to give empty responses that mean nothing.

Ineffective app and even worse customer support on the most basic things. Forewarned.

EDIT: All of my shopify info is in Metric. They know this as I gave them access to my store. Theyre openly lying. Their APP isnt able to discern Imperial or Metric and their bot posts from the US.

Not even a day after this review every listing that was exported by this APP to Etsy was flagged for policy violations that weren't specified. Any manual item I uploaded that carried all the same description and info was intact.
I believe this company triggered auto filters via Etsy's API and tanked my store. These guys are toxic and vile.

Avoid at all costs.

I understand your concern regarding measurements being exported in Imperial units. Based on our investigation and Etsy’s current system behavior, measurement units are determined by the store’s region and are not configurable via API. Our app sends the data exactly as it exists in Shopify, and we rely on Etsy’s capabilities for how that data is ultimately displayed.

We genuinely tried to better understand your specific use case and even offered to schedule a call so we could explore possible workarounds together. Resolving edge cases like this — especially when they depend on platform limitations — sometimes requires a bit more collaboration and time to investigate properly.

We’re sorry to hear that the experience felt frustrating. Our goal is always to provide clear, helpful support, and we certainly do not rely on generic or automated responses when assisting our users.
