Awesome app, gives our business control over when and how we refund our customers WITHOUT relying on third parties to manage the process. Fits well into our customer service workflow. Love this app and will recommend to anyone wanting to offer an internal way to manage refunds and replacements. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!
