I recently experienced a serious issue on my website where the checkout button was unexpectedly redirecting customers to an external URL.
After investigating the issue, Shopify Support informed me that the root cause was a security vulnerability related to this app. I immediately uninstalled it, and we haven't experienced any further redirects since then.
Unfortunately, after this experience, I no longer feel comfortable using or recommending this app. Hope my experience helps new merchants to consider this before installing it.
I'm sincerely sorry about the issue. We fixed it within two hours of the first report, resolved the underlying cause the same day, and reported the incident to Shopify.
We also worked with an external security company to complete a security review and penetration test. Based on that review, the app is safe to use.
