I've had a great experience with their customer service. It does take a while to get things resolved via chat, but eventually they've fixed all my issues.
Their staff is very knowledgeable and tend to understand your issue straight away (sadly, this is not the case in many other apps and software providers). Their pages are very easy to edit once you know what to look for and really great in connecting with Shopify.
I wish they had a smaller pages upload option of 5, instead of 10 being the minimum to purchase. But, in all, I'm very happy with PageFly.
