PageFly offers a lot of flexibility and it's very straightforward to use. The free plan is great for starting, getting to know the app and will work wonders if it's a one-product store

The Pagefly Technicial Support Team especially Logan, has been very helpful! We met an issue with a massive amount of lost images due to an accidental deletion of an essential file that contains the required pagefly assets. Logan has been patient & prompt in his assistance to us, knowing that is important to get our store displaying the pages correctly, he and his team also assisted us in replacing the images after it's recovered back! A HUGE thank you to the team for providing such a good service & help to us!

Disclaimer: have not been using the app for long and am not a web designer.
It is pretty easy to get started with Pagefly - mostly drag and drop. The multiple tabs in builder view is a little confusing and takes time to remember where different functions are housed..
Live chat is helpful when intuition fails me.

installed global code on my site, despite my only having a test page, which then screwed up the pdp and it took 7 hours to figure out that pagefly added random code even when I wasn't using their app!!!!

You can create a site exactly how you see it in your mind's eye then reproduce it with pagefly. If it doesnt exactly work the way it should their staff like June are excellent helpers.
