The representative I spoke with was polite, and patient, and went above and beyond to ensure that my issue was resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. Not only did they listen to my concerns attentively, but they also provided me with clear and concise instructions on how to resolve the issue. I appreciated the fact that they took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure that I was comfortable with the solution before ending the call.
