Shopacado ‑ Volume Discounts

Syed very patiently helped me to upgrade our app and get it working with other Shopify discounts. I had lots of questions and they were all answered quickly to get our store sorted. Thank you!

They have super fast customer service. They treated me very well and helped me resolve all my doubts. Additionally, the application has many functions.

We have over 50 of our stores using the app, great support and all around a great app.

This app used to work very well. I was very happy.

Untill this Novemer '24. I wanted to use the app again for Daily December Deals on collections.

After a first quick help where I let them know I was happy for their fast reply, they asked me to leave a review. I did a 5 star based on the fact it always worked.

After that I did not get my new offers working correctly and help was taking forever.

Now the table with the volume discount of an deal that has already been deleted (as never worked) is still on hundreds of products... and they cannot fix it instantly.
Also the discount did not show, only after refreshing page which is confusing for my customers as they think it does not work.

They are not honest in telling that they are facing problems in general.

So I am waisting my time waiting for them to solve it as it has nothing to do with my store but with overall stores now I read the reviews.

So sorry guys. Your app was fab... but now really is not anymore.

This app has been a game-changer for my Shopify store! Setting up discounts is incredibly easy, and I love the flexibility it offers. I've been using this product for a couple of years. It's an integral part of my store and important for my offers to my customers. With the newest version, it's even better than ever. Support is great too - but I've only needed it once when upgrading to the newest version.

Support is pretty terrible. Had some issues with the upgrade and Nivi did very little to help and was clear that she didn't even pay attention to what I was saying in chat. Last problem I had was a simple border issue (wasn't showing up correctly) with the discount table and she said she was looking into it and then never heard back.

Update: So, after the upgrade, this app will no longer stack with other product discounts. I have items that cannot be discounted so I need to use product discount codes and not order discounts. It's a shame since this worked perfectly fine before the upgrade. Once again, Nivi was not very helpful and clearly didn't bother to really read what I said.

Be careful with this app - it worked fine for us for years but this black friday we tried to use it and the app has been updated. It only really supports 2.0 themes. The app wasn't working exactly as it should, so reached out to support. They refused to do the upgrade for us, insisted we changed the theme code. Everything went wrong and they were unable to fix it. After few hours of wasted time in the middle of our promotion which is live to customers we had to cut our losses and switch to another solution. The support team is very lacking!!

Get a 2 because design is nice and easy to use for the most part.

Support team just gives you cold shoulder. Been waiting for responses and I get charged for nothing.
If you are the owner reading this. get a new support team. ( im not the only one on here complaining about it)

Doesnt really support variant pricing. you need to use code they provide in an article but it only shows how to do it for the Dawn template. Even as im trying to install the code myself there is no indication of what the final result is supposed to look like or how it works. How am I supposed to know if I was successful? Where does the extra pricing table show up for me to add in variant pricing? Again no help from support.

Also wasnt able to delete any of the discounts i created which was odd.
