First message, not really kind !!
App not working and, after 2 messages, no answer from the developer.
Try to use something that work.

Second message (more smiling)
Sometimes, everything don't goes well directly. We receive an email and the problem was corrected. Hope this kind of problem can help developer as they can't be in every computer. Really good service, and open to suggestion.
