awful product. veeqo claims "Get Protected - Amazon will protect your account and pay for A-to-z claims related to delivery issues or items not received (INR).** this is a LIE. Amazon will NOT protect your account for labels bought via Veeqo. AZ claims get ZERO protection, Amazon does not care about Veeqo Seller Gaurantee, and ignores it. and Veeqo simply does not care that Amazon does not care! we have been waiting around 6 months now to get reimbursed as per Veeqo's promises....and spent countless man hours chasing them up....but CS just make false promises...if they reply at all. as for the advertised 5% credits...in reality these are more like 0.5%. Fools gold both ways these guys just dont live up to their promises. dont get your hopes up, and DON'T GO VEEQO!!

update - tracking does not sync to shopify. have been waiting over 2 weeks now for this basic fix to be implemented - in the interim tracking needs to be added manually to shopify order by order. what a complete ball ache. apparently the "engineers are working on our ticket as a priority" - which they clearly are not. this is a basic functionality and should just work. support never provide any time frame on a fix....everything is at the mercy of the mythical and elusive "engineers" - who are probably sitting on Veeqo beach in the Caribbean drinking sundowners for all we can tell
