Suddenly stopped working, leaving the front page of my site displaying several big gray empty squares that don't link to anything. I had to just hide the whole thing. I've sent several messages with no reply. I also let the team know their demo site is broken as well. Maybe this review will alert someone?
(Update: It's been 3 weeks and no one has replied to my emails or this review, but the app is working again. For now!)

That was on us.
We've since fixed the display issue completely. The feed now loads reliably with placeholder cards while it fetches your posts, so no more blank squares even if your WordPress site is slow to respond.
Support is also properly set up now with a 24-hour response time.
