Shopifyストアでのオンラインチケット販売のためにこのアプリを使用しています。
アプリに不具合が発生したためサポートに連絡し、大きめの不具合だったようで修正まで少し時間はかかりましたが、日本と本国の時差があるにもかかわらず、サポートとのやり取りは迅速にできて随時状況の報告もしてくれたので良かったです。
アプリ自体は非常に使いやすく、イベントの管理とチケットの販売がやりやすく、非常に便利です。チケットのデザインのカスタマイズやさまざまなイベントの詳細を扱う機能が非常に役立っています。
他のアプリと比較しても、Shopifyでオンラインチケット販売を行うならこのアプリ一択だと感じました。強くお勧めします。
