The app is easy enough to use when you're starting out, which is a plus. However, I've encountered several other apps that are almost identical and might be better options. Unfortunately, I've already set everything up in this app, so switching would be a hassle.

The main reason for the low rating is the poor customer service. As a new business, I needed help and guidance, but that was not the case with this app. The support was slow, unprofessional, and overall lacking. If you're new and anticipate needing assistance, I would recommend finding another app that at least offers live chat options for more immediate help.
