Qikify Mega Menu & Navigation

Great menu, i have been using this for years with no issues and is very easy to set up. Customer support it also very helpful and they know their product well.

Love the app. The customisations available. The app is great for non technical people.

I have used Qikify Mega Menu now for almost 4 years. I have upgraded my site as my business grows and the customer support team has been A++ with helping me edit and tweak my mega menu. Highly recommended!

This app is riddled with bugs, and the submenu controls aren’t just half-baked — they’re a complete nightmare to configure and maintain.

Support is even worse. Their “live chat” is basically dead. On the rare occasion someone shows up, you’ll get a generic “please wait” message and then they vanish for hours. The chat tool inside the admin is so buggy it’s sometimes unusable — you can’t even type properly. I literally demonstrated the issue to them, they were shocked by how broken the experience was, and months later nothing has changed.

Overall: unstable product, painful setup, and support that feels nonexistent. Avoid unless you enjoy wasting time.

This app has made a huge difference in presenting a polished and professional navigational menu for customers to make their way through our site. The opportunity to have visual images and styled links provides textural interest and opportunities to highlight specific products that might otherwise be lost. The customer service from the app team is excellent! They are super helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this app.

Best mega menu app I've tried so far, has so many options to customise and allows the exact number of mega menus I needed to set up on my website, just from their basic plan. Also the fastest and most helpful support team when I got stuck. Can't recommend enough.
