Love the app. The customisations available. The app is great for non technical people.

I had an issue recently with font implementation and i was trying to navigate some implementations that a previous developer had done on the theme i was working on

This app has made a huge difference in presenting a polished and professional navigational menu for customers to make their way through our site. Best mega menu app I've tried so far, has so many options to customise and allows the exact number of mega menus I needed to set up on my website, just from their basic plan. Also the fastest and most helpful support team when I got stuck. Can't recommend enough.

UPDATE 1/16/26: Best customer service EVER. There are many apps, but only one with this level of chat support. As long as they have Rita, who might just be an IT angel, we will be a customer.

11/10/25: Just got set up and I did need a little help from chat support. However, Rita is a gem and she got our site squared away quickly.

Qikify is a easy to use and user friendly menu app. Miley was really helpful when i had questions so it didn't take me long to create a menu that works for my shop.
