Wizybot CRM & AI Chatbot

I run a small business by myself, and this app has enabled me to automate customer support after hours. I offer WhatsApp support during office hours, and this AI bot fills in after hours. It is well thought out, and I was able to fine-tune it to my store's needs very easily. I like that I can review the conversations and offer better replies for future conversations.

Customer support is amazing. They often review the conversations and proactively offer help if any issues surface. Highly recommended.
