Ayla was extremely patient and helpful... I had practically given up. Second, there are aspects that could be better. Like making it easier to fit/size pics/wording in the banners, and then viewing it before publishing. For example, when putting a banner up and wording to go on or under it, it would be great to be able to see how that would look on the PC, phone, tablet, etc., before posting it, and then having an easier way to remedy a problem like - the wording not fitting on the screen/going off-screen when you pull it up and see it online.
