I’m on a higher plan, but the single customization feature on the paid plan only allows for 5 active customizations, while I need 7. Additionally, the advanced customization based on dates isn’t functioning, and there’s no way to contact support.
Hi, we really apologies if you had a bad experience, but our customer support is always available via chat or by email. However unfortunately the number of active customizations is limited to 5 by Shopify not by us, so there is no way to raise this number. We are also trying to contact you back to have your other issue solved, we think is a misconfiguration inside the app. We really hope you will give HideShip a second chance 😊
