Mariane from Chargeflow was super attentive, super responsive and did her best to try and reverse a chargeback for me.
Through no fault of her own, nor the app's, I appear set to lose a chargeback case for around $575....as it appears as though without my knowledge, the card was fraudulently used.
So the big banks, still make their money with their $25 Chargeback fee on top of my basically stolen goods.....you would think the banks would have insurance to protect the retailer, who is supplying the goods with a card authorised by the banks in good faith, but not in this world.
