Very poor support - I am a paying customer and literally just ignoring my emails.

We are truly sorry we disappointed you with our slow response time! It's caused by the fact that we're experiencing a high load of tickets due to an increased number of installations. Plus, as we analyzed, many of our new clients replaced our competitors' search apps with our app, which also contributed to an increase in installations.
We definitely understand that we had a problem with response speed. Fixing it was our main priority. So now we have good news for you: we hired more people and also organized team training activities to improve our service.
