UPDATED 11/12/24: Tech support fixed what was wrong with the glitchy section in less than 24 hours. Very happy with the results! There is still a communication lag because of the time zone difference. I installed the home page on a fresh copy of my shopify theme, so that any glitches could be previewed on my actual theme before going live with the new page(s). This made it a little lower-pressure to get everything exactly right before customers could see it.

10/28/24: I love the app, the interface is clean and easy to use. But it can be a little glitchy and tech support is impossible to reach during normal hours for anyone working in the United States. Plan on waiting 2 days to resolve any issue, because the first response will be someone asking you what the problem is and what app you're using (even if you specify which app and exactly what the issue is in your first message to tech support). If I could resolve any issues in less than 48 hours, I'd give this app 5 stars. But I can't in good conscience give it more than 3 for now, since it's taken me weeks to design my first page, only because of how long it takes to get answers that aren't in the app's documentation. Great app with decent tech support but ultimately inefficient because of communication lag.
