“Fantastic, Easy-to-Use App with Excellent Customer Support!”

I’m new to Shopify, and setting up Appntly was incredibly easy and straightforward. Booking appointments on Shopify can be tricky, and finding an affordable, reliable solution is even tougher. Appntly has made it hassle-free to get started, with a great range of features that suit both newcomers and seasoned store owners.

The standout, though, is the customer service. Sam is wonderful—quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and you'd never guess they're managing everything solo. I reached out through chat on a Sunday evening and got an immediate, helpful response (definitely not a bot!), which was impressive and much appreciated.

While I haven't tried the upgraded options yet, they look well-priced and like they’d be great value. I’m eager to explore them as my business grows. Even though my store isn’t live yet, I’m really satisfied with Appntly’s performance and service. I’ll definitely be back to update once I have more experience, but so far, I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!
