The bi-directional inventory sync doesn't work. Worst of all, there is absolutely zero support -- no response to my multiple emails. I wanted to like this app, and was hopeful based on the reviews. I'm not sure why the developer deserted this app.

I've replied immediately after receiving your email and we communicated multiple times and I've provided you a solution. Please note that we have a 10 hours time difference and when you emailed me later on I replied once I've seen your additional request and you haven't replied since.
Service is my top priority and I'm happy to schedule a meeting/chat any time.
