I had a few issues with the app that I'm not sure if it's just my website or if every app user has the same issues, but the customer service team has been helpful and responsive at all times of the day. Henry, Aylin, Lucy as well as everyone else directed me well. I haven't launched my new version of the website yet because of how long this took (we have lots of options) but I'm sure if I had problems they will be quick to assist.
