Following my initial review, the service has really improved. It appears that there are more staff working at Selfnamed now, previously I just received an email from the same person, but now there are different people replying. The speed of response is really quick now, and the team are helpful.
I put the problems I had earlier down to 'teething' problems. Looking towards success with Selfnamed now.
Set up my store and branded 66 products with Selfnamed. I did a test order on my store, and it went through fine. I did a further 3 orders to provide products to 2 UGC creators and 12 products to myself to photograph, and I had no end of problems.
The two UGC orders wouldn't fulfil. I reached out to the support team who kept on telling me the same thing (i.e. look at the reason) despite me telling them there wasn't a reason. They eventually sent a request to access my Shopify store, yet despite giving them access 3 working days (5 calendar days) ago, no one has logged into look at it.
This is really awful service - if these had have been customer orders I'd be screwed. I'm now deleting the Selfnamed products from my store and deleting the app.
